The Purify air purifiers take a HEPA filter, which needs replacing sooner in dust and construction: available as a single filter, a three-pack, a HEPA13 Combo+ with antibacterial coating, or an accessory kit with filters and UV lamps. The Clean ozone generators use no filters at all — they run on oxygen plates rated for up to 4,000 operating hours, in sets for Clean 60 and Clean 120. For Wash steam there are replacement nozzles in a two-pack. Send us the model name on WhatsApp or by email and we confirm the right part before you order.

How often does the HEPA filter need changing?
How hard the machine works decides it: a unit in a street-front room, a busy kitchen or near construction work gets through filters faster than one in a bedroom. Send us the model and where it stands, on WhatsApp or by email, and we tell you the interval that applies and whether a single filter or the three-pack is the better buy.
Do the Clean ozone generators need filters too?
No. Clean models have oxygen plates instead of filters, rated for up to 4,000 operating hours, so they are replaced far less often than a HEPA filter. Sets are stocked for Clean 60 (3 plates) and Clean 120 (6 plates).
How do I make sure I order the right part?
Send the model name — Purify 150, Purify 150 Pro, Clean 60, Clean 120, Wash steam — to us on WhatsApp or by email, and we confirm the part and the price before anything is shipped. Orders are invoiced afterwards; there is no checkout to go through.
