What does the product cost to operate?
The HEPA filter for Purify 150 and 150 Pro costs Rp 2.190.000 per year. The Clean ozone generators use no filters at all — they have oxygen plates (Rp 1.299.000 for Clean 60, Rp 2.190.000 for Clean 120) that are replaced far less often. A complete set is pre-installed when you buy. Order replacements via WhatsApp or email; shipping is included.
Is there any filter?
Purify is equipped with a premium HEPA filter combined with activated carbon, but the bulk of the purification does not rely on filters only.
Which model should I get?
Above all, you should consider the size of the room, but also how much time you spend in the room. Generally speaking, bedrooms and living rooms are good candidates for an air purifier. Start with the size and choose a model accordingly. Keep in mind that if you have several floors, you need an air purifier per floor. The Ozoneair Purify can purify anything from a single room to an entire home, depending on the model. If you're looking for an all-in-one solution for your home, we recommend the Purify 150, which continuously purifies rooms between 5 and 150 square meters.
Why is the brand called Ozoneair?
When Ozoneair was founded, our first product was launched – an ozone generator to eliminate mold and bad odors. That's where our name comes from. Today, we also offer air purifiers without ozone, but we keep the name as part of our history.
What pollutants does the product help against?
Ozoneair attacks odors, mold, bacteria, viruses, spores and allergens.
How do I use Ozoneair CLEAN?
Ozoneair CLEAN is used for single treatments where spaces are deep cleaned. It is therefore not used continuously as an air purifier. Very important to take out all plants and no animals or persons in the same area during treatment. If you have an aquarium you need to turn off the hydrogen pump. Best to turn off any fans or air conditioning. No other preparations are required.
What preparations are required before using the CLEAN product?
No people, animals or plants should be in the space during treatment. Close all windows and doors and do not use any air conditioning in the room being treated. No other preparations are required.
How do I use Ozoneair PURIFY?
The product is very easy to use. All you need to do is plug it into a standard wall socket and then select the mode according to your need, just follow the instructions. The Purify product can be used 24/7 and you can be in the room at the same time — no hazardous chemicals are used or created.
Does any material get damaged during use?
No materials or objects will be damaged as long as the product is used according to the enclosed instructions.
Does anything need to be replaced or refilled?
Purify has two lamps (three lamps in Purify 150) that should be replaced after 5000 hours (approximately one year of use). The HEPA filter is replaced every six months. The parts are sold in ready-made sets for each model. Replacement is easy and only takes a few minutes.
Is Ozoneair CLEAN difficult to use and set up?
The product is very easy to use. All you need to do is plug it into a standard wall socket and then set the space in square meters using the knob. A suitable treatment time will be shown on the display.
Do you have the items in stock?
Yes, we have all items in stock in Bali, although there might be some specific items that sell more than predicted and we have to wait for the next shipment.
Air purifier, air cleaner, penjernih udara — is that the same thing?
Yes. Air purifier, air cleaner and air filter machine all refer to the same type of product — in Indonesian: pembersih udara, penjernih udara or alat pembersih udara. Our Ozoneair Purify series is an ozone-free air purifier (HEPA + Oxyplasma®), while Ozoneair Clean is an ozone generator (ozon generator) for single deep-cleaning treatments.
Is the Ozoneair Purify an ozone generator? Does it release ozone into the room?
No. Despite the brand name Ozoneair, the Purify series is completely ozone-free. It cleans the air with HEPA filtration and Oxyplasma® technology and is safe to run 24/7 in occupied rooms, with people, pets and plants present. It is the Clean series that are ozone generators — those are used for single deep-treatment sessions in empty, closed rooms, and the room is aired out before anyone goes back in. If you want continuous purification while a room is in use, choose Purify; if you want to remove an entrenched smell from an empty room, choose Clean.
What is a MAUS fire extinguisher called in Indonesia — is it the same as an APAR?
Yes. In Indonesia a portable fire extinguisher is usually called an APAR (alat pemadam api ringan), and you will also see the terms alat pemadam api, tabung pemadam, fire extinguisher and fire suppression device for the same thing. MAUS Xtin is a compact Swedish extinguisher of this type, and MAUS Stixx is a fire suppression stick for kitchens, electrical cabinets and vehicles. What is an ozone generator called — ozone machine, ozonizer or odour eliminator?
They are all the same type of device. An ozone generator is also called an ozone machine, ozonizer, ozone treatment machine or simply an odour eliminator or smoke removal machine. In Indonesian it is usually mesin ozon or alat penghilang bau. AIRCURA sells the Swedish Ozoneair Clean series (Clean 30, 60 and 120) for exactly this: removing entrenched smells, smoke and mould odour from empty rooms, hotel rooms, cars and storage spaces in a single treatment.
What does the Ozoneair Wash & Steam clean — is it a sofa cleaner or a carpet cleaner?
Both, and more. It is a textile cleaner for sofas, mattresses, carpets, curtains, car seats and upholstery — what people variously call a sofa cleaner, upholstery cleaner, mattress cleaner or carpet washer. In Indonesian: pembersih sofa, cuci sofa, pembersih jok, pembersih kasur, cuci karpet. It combines hot water, steam and Bubble Lift™ to lift dirt out of the fibres instead of only cleaning the surface — useful in Bali's humidity where textiles hold damp smells.
