Common questions
Is it safe to run with people in the room?
Yes, in everyday operation. Everyday purification is ozone-free — HEPA, UV lamps and Oxyplasma® — and is meant to run while the room is in use. The Pro also has a separate ozone program for deep odour treatment; that program is only for an empty, closed room that is aired out afterwards.
What is the difference between Purify 150 and Purify 150 Pro?
Both clean up to 150 m² ozone-free with Oxyplasma® technology. The Pro adds an extra UV lamp and a separate ozone program for deep odour elimination in problem rooms, neither of which the Purify 150 has.
Who is the Pro made for?
Hotels, villas and restaurants that want one machine for everyday air quality and for periodic deep treatment of problem rooms — humidity, mould and persistent odours in tropical conditions. Bali Dynasty Resort in Kuta runs the Purify 150 Pro.
What maintenance does it need?
A HEPA filter, replaced about once a year. Replacement filters and the HEPA13 Combo+ with antibacterial coating fit all Purify models and are available from us. The machine comes with a 2-year warranty.
